How Val is priced

Val is a NPM library. You can start for free. You do not need an account. Content in your code stays accessible for always.

For teams with non-technical users, Val Pro makes it possible to make changes, collaborate, review changes and publish in the live application without the need for developers.

What is Val Pro

Editing in production

With Val Pro, you and any technical or non-technical user can log into the production app and make updates, review changes, verify that the draft looks good.

Publishing in production

When an editor publishes it becomes a Git commit. While your app is building and deploying, editors can still work as normal: reviewing, creating changes and even publishing new versions.

Remote files

By default, Val stores everything, including binary files, in your repo. With the Val Pro remote file feature, large files can live outside Git. You can still commit binaries if you want, but remote files keeps your repo cleaner.

AI

AI is everywhere these days, but of all the places you might use it a CMS might be the best fit. We are building out AI features with care, making sure they are working and that we're using them in a way that actually benefits editors. Our first AI features are summaries. The next will be translations and spellchecks. And more will come.
